As a Quality Technician at Recotech, you have a broad and important role where you work with quality assurance and quality control within the manufacturing industry with a focus on ensuring that components from our production and external suppliers maintain the right quality. About the position
We work with high-tech products, and this requires that you have the ability to understand customers’ quality requirements, as well as knowledge about applicable standards and laws. You have a supportive function for other processes where quality is in focus, and part of the work involves investigating complaints and deviations. A well-functioning quality work is a basis for our certification, and there you have an important supportive role in working with these processes, documents, and improvement works. You conduct internal and external audits.
You work in our business system Monitor. You report to the business area manager for the section “Parts”.
Your experiences
To work as a quality technician, it is good if you have experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry as well as a relevant education from a university or equivalent knowledge. You should have some experience with ISO 9001 and 14001. You should be able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
Experience in project work, quality assurance systems, or international welding standard ISO 3834-2 is meritorious.

As a person, you are result-driven with a positive attitude. You enjoy working at a high pace, and you have a good ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time without the quality deteriorating. Furthermore, you have good problem-solving skills which you like to use together with others. You should be responsible, structured, curious, and helpful. You communicate clearly and create good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
