Recotech AB has acquired GSE Partners AB and its subsidiary ES Partners AB. All three companies have a common history and heritage in the aviation industry, and are part of Arboga Teknikpark.
Former owner and entrepreneur Christer Haglind and his son, CEO Andreas Haglind, will pass responsibility to the new owner Bo Martin Tell and his site manager Lorin Mayer Nordström to run the new organisation, from the September 1st 2010.
The three organisations complement each other perfectly and will create new synergies and business possibilities.

Christer Haglind took the opportunity to thank his business connections for years of good co-operation. He will now focus on his spare time activities on a full time basis.
