We are now looking for a Technical and Sales Manager who, like us, wants to move forward.
About the role
As Technical and Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our two business areas: Parts and Systems. You will be part of the management team and lead a total of ten employees: two designers, two purchasers, and six project managers. You will drive progress by developing systems, structures, improving processes, and creating clear workflows, always with a focus on business and technical quality.
An important part of the role is customer responsibility, particularly within the defense sector, where you are expected to build and maintain long-term relationships, negotiate deals, and identify new opportunities. You will be a key player in the company’s continued expansion – both strategically and operationally.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a technical university degree, preferably as a graduate engineer, and with experience from a manufacturing industry. You have worked in roles where technology, production, sales, and project management intersect, and you are accustomed to leading teams with diverse competencies.
Experience in international business, preferably within the defense industry or other quality-controlled environments, is highly meritorious. You have a clear business mindset, are confident in customer dialogues, and are used to creating value through long-term relationships and technically advanced solutions.
You are an engaged, structured, and inclusive leader who creates clarity and context. You help your team see their role in the bigger picture and enjoy creating order and direction in an organization where a lot is in motion. You bring energy, have strong prioritization skills, and are a person who ensures things get done.
Location
The position is based at Arboga Teknikpark in Arboga, where Recotech is established. The role also involves some travel, mainly for customer meetings both in Sweden and internationally.
